I eat, sleep, dream and talk about food 24/7... I am a eating machine.
I enjoy a good roast dinner and you will always find my hands in the cookie jar. Some call me the food monster, others (on a good day) call me a food connoisseur. I have put together this blog as a journal for my food adventures. I have a strange obsession with macaroons and I also have a very addictive obsession with food photography! To date, I have been to many great restaurants in around and London as well as around the USA. My culinary journey has just begun, so please join in.... the champers are on me!

Chinese ethnicity, british born, living in London for the past twenty-five years. I work full-time within the broadcast and transmission profession. I have a degree in Film Studies, in which I graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors degree. I have trained in some of the worlds biggest broadcast companies. I absolutely love photography and I do it as a hobby. I own a DSLR Canon 500D and Canon Powershot S90, which I use for this blog.
